Half Bag Half Skirt

After years of buying tiny bits of material for no real reason, and staring past my mothers sewing machine to the infinite distance I actually threaded some bobbins and made a mess, multiple times, and then I was like, yeah a bag, but what if it was more? So I made this bag that transforms into a skirt or visa versa. various incarnations of this have had multiple alterations, but at it's core they are the same, but different. It can be super easy to use, or it can be time consuming and frustrating! challenging is better than frustration lol...
